Życie stało się szybsze. Dzieci powinny potrafić szybko się uczyć, skupiać na tym, co najważniejsze і oddzielać to od dużej ilości informacji, potrafić samodzielnie radzić sobie ze swoimi emocjami czy łagodzić stres. Aby to osiągnąć, ważne jest, aby nauczyć dzieci skupiać uwagę, wiedzieć, co może aktywować ich mózg i co uspokoić, gdy są przepełnione emocjami.
Nazywam się Alina Ulianytska. Jestem certyfikowaną instruktorką jogi, ćwiczę jogę od 13 lat, uczę od 8 lat, przez 3 lata pracowała w szkole z dziećmi w różnym wieku od 2 do 16 lat wzmacniając ich ciało, umysł i psychika.
Głównym zadaniem moich zajęć jest nauka technik samoregulacji. Aby potrafili się wspierać i pomagać sobie, gdy borykają się z trudnościami w życiu codziennym: w szkole, w rodzinie, ze sobą.
Zajęcia opierają się na ćwiczeniach i technikach koncentracji zaczerpniętych z jogi, których zalety potwierdzają liczne badania i tysiące lat doświadczenia. Uczmy się fizjologicznie prawidłowego oddychania, które uspokaja, aktywizuje, czy utrzymuje psychikę w równowadze. A nauczymy się ćwiczeń dla mózgu, dzięki którym dzieci lepiej poradzą sobie z nauką nowego materiału i pozbędą się niepokoju przed sprawdzianami.
W wyniku zajęć:
– poprawi się uwaga i koncentracja na lekcjach
– wyniki w nauce wzrosną
– dzieci będą mogły sobie pomóc i wesprzeć w sytuacjach stresowych
– stanie się bardziej zrównoważony i spokojny, bardziej pewny siebie
Kameralna grupa 4-6 dzieci, wiek 8-12 lat
